Lead Times and Optional Expedited Shipping Policy

If your order is extremely time sensitive, please call us at 877-484-0088 to discuss your deadline. We will do all that we can to meet your needs.

Freight Line (tractor trailer)

We have minimum rates for different states around the country. These minimum rates hold until the order reaches 400 pounds. At that point, the rate calculator will adjust the increase in shipping fees based on actual rates from shipping companies.

Inspect Your Delivery!

Accidents happen! It is important that you inspect your delivery.

Freight Line Deliveries

If there is damage, note the damage on the delivery ticket or refuse the delivery if you cannot use it in the delivered shape. Once the freight bill is signed as received in good condition, we are not able to assist with a freight claim as the freight company will not honor any claims. You can always call us while the driver is still there and we can assist you.

If we made a mistake, we will fix it.

We pride ourselves on getting it right the first time. If we messed up, we apologize! Please call our office to make arrangements to correct the problem. We will give you a return authorization and explain how to send it back.

Stock Item Returns

Stock items are returnable for a refund less applicable charges within 30 days of receipt. We charge a 35% restocking fee. You are also responsible for any return shipping charges. Call our office for a return authorization. Items received without a return authorization will not be accepted. All returned items must be in new, unused condition and in the original packaging.

Custom Item Returns

All custom fabricated items made by JW Metal Cabinets are made to customer specifications. As these items are custom, they cannot be cancelled once production has begun and cannot be returned for any reason.
