Standard Item Returns

Standard items can be returned within 30 days for a refund, less a 35% restocking fee and return shipping costs. Please ensure all returns have a return authorization, and items must be in new, unused condition in their original packaging.

Custom Item Returns

Custom fabricated items from JW Metal Cabinets are made to exact customer specifications and cannot be canceled or returned once production has started.
